EXTERNAL INTERFACES
iCatalyst ® is able to integrate with most third-party systems, including general ledger, billing, and document imaging/management,
ISO or ACORD. It also can interface with internet applications for secure access by clients and agents, and exchange data
with agent/broker systems, eliminating the need for double entry of data.
iCatalyst imports information from any publicly available site, including professional licenses, MVR’s, and so forth.
REPORTS and QUERIES
iCatalyst ® currently has 40 standard reports, with more being added every week. It uses Crystal reports to allow
customized reports and queries as well.
Importantly, every report, and every table, or ‘grid’, within iCatalyst can be downloaded
into an Excel spreadsheet, making customized reports, presentations and anslysis possible for those unfamiliar with Crystal Reports.
SERVICE and TRAINING
Echo Ridge Partners offers 24/7 support for critical issues utilizing phone and email to an assigned contact, with automatic
acknowledgement of those support calls. Bugs or error messages are automatically relayed to the development staff,
and are very often fixed immediately. An ‘urgent issue’ hotline, with direct access to a partner, is available for those matters
that need that level of attention.
The Agile/Scrum methodology ensures that there are experts within the company that know and understand the system
and in particular the functionality for the various user areas. In addition, though, we hold many training sessions
during the implementation phase as staff tests the system, including occasional one on one training if there is a need.
Training videos and help documentation are located within iCatalyst, giving step-by-step instruction for the various workflows
and functions. And, a support popup is available so that emails can be sent directly to the Echo Ridge support person.
